Photos will appear only with the correct bib number typed in the box. We will start uploading within a week after BIM 2012 event, so please bear with us for awhile. Here's some important FAQs:

1. What do i need to do after photo order?

After ordering selected pictures, you will be sent a website enquiry notification of your order summary through the registered email address.

 

2. How do i make the payment?

Payment can be made through MAYBANK ATM machine or internet banking transfer. Upon payment, please email to us the successful bank-in slip (scan image)/ internet bank transfer (print screen) at rapidshutterinc@gmail.com for us to proceed with emailing the selected purchased picture(s).

 

3. I placed my order a long time ago and have not received anything. What do i do?

Go to our website and click on CONTACT US. In order to help you, we will need you to provide the following informations :

a) receipt reference number

b) number / type of purchased photos / items

b) complete bib number

c) email address

d) method of payment made

 

Alternatively for BIM 2011 photos, please select the picture through this webpage (if any) by clicking 'ORDER' & you will be directed to CONFIRM ORDER page.

 

 

We apologize for any delay in photo delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Some of the runners are unabled to be identified positively due to low visibility of bib number worn by individuals. We will email you photo(s) taken during the midway instead (if any) or would gladly do the refund by emailing to us all the necessary infos.
